• Inline sheet separation of the laminated web coming directly from the laminating machine

• For all customary films (BOPP/acetate) for a max. film thickness of up to 35 µm

• Solid machine design with separate drive (synchronised with laminating machine)

• Sheet anti-curling-device is steplessly adjustable both diagonally and vertically. This is accomplished by means of positioning a polished blade which produces the de-curling of sheets even when they are curled in two different and opposing directions

• Sheet entry and sheet positioning cylinders with pneumatic on/off control

• Counter rotating brush roller to brush down any remaining film on the sheet edge

• Separating roller electro mechanically timed, automatic fixing of the separating point, synchronised to sheet-overlapping programming; separating point correction forward and backward via push buttons possible

• Sheet transport after separating roller directly into the subsequent machine module

• Completely equipped with switch cabinet and PLC-interface to higher level control system (laminating machine)

• Automatic stop at unseparated sheets
